Collective Vinyl Records reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined below. All refunds, replacements, and credits are issued at our discretion. This policy may change at any time without prior notice. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Subscription Orders
Because each vinyl record is hand-selected and curated to match your preferences, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on subscription shipments once they have been processed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect record, please contact us at [collectivevinylrecords@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when possible.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email [collectivevinylrecords@gmail.com] with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to quickly resolve the problem with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle through your account dashboard. Once a renewal has been processed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
