Discogs keeps collections and wantlists private by default. Go to Discogs Settings → Privacy and turn on "Allow others to browse my Collection" and "Allow others to browse my Wantlist," then try importing again.
It depends on your tier. Needle Dropper gets 1 record a month, Crate Digger gets 2, and Spin Master gets 3.
Not individually; that's the fun of it. We curate based on your taste profile, collection, and wantlist. You can help guide our picks by keeping your wantlist and taste profile up to date.
We aim to avoid sending records already in your collection, but availability may occasionally limit our ability to do so.
Yes, anytime, from your account page under "Manage Subscription." Switching tiers is prorated on your next invoice.
Yes. There's no minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and you won't be charged again after your current billing period.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you instructions to return the damaged record at your own cost, and once we receive it, we'll ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Right now we ship within the US only.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
