Subscriptions

 

Q: How does the subscription work?
A: Choose one of our three tiers — Needle (1 record/month), Crate Digger (2 records/month), or Spin Master (3 records/month). We handpick vinyl records based on your taste profile and ship them to you every month.

 

Q: Can I try before subscribing?
A: Yes! You can purchase any tier as a one-time box without committing to a monthly subscription. However, make sure you create an account so that we can know your music taste.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account dashboard. Once a renewal is processed, it cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Q: When will my records ship?
A: Subscription boxes ship between 1-3 days from the renewal date. One-time purchases typically ship within 1-3 business days.

 

Q: Do you provide tracking?
A: Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we ship only within the United States, but we’re working on expanding our reach.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because each record is handpicked, we don’t generally accept returns on subscription orders. However, if your vinyl arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

 

Q: What about one-time purchases?
A: One-time purchases may be eligible for return within 7 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.

 

Curation & Preferences

Q: How do you choose my records?
A: When you sign up, you’ll fill out a quick taste profile. Our team uses it to select vinyl that fits your style. Blending classics, hidden gems, and fresh finds.

 

Q: Can I request specific artists or genres?
A: We can’t guarantee specific albums, but we’ll do our best to tailor each box to your preferences.

Q: How do I update my address or payment info?
A: Log into your account dashboard to update your information anytime. Changes made before the next billing cycle will apply to your upcoming shipment.
