Delivery times listed are estimates only and not guaranteed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that shipping policies may change at our discretion.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is processed and another email with tracking information once your records have shipped.
Shipping Methods & Times
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days from the ship date. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We currently do not ship internationally but are working to expand our reach.
Shipping Costs
Subscription tiers include standard shipping at no additional cost unless otherwise stated. One-time purchases may include a small shipping fee displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your vinyl records are packed securely. We are not responsible for packages after they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.
