We currently ship within the United States only. We plan to expand shipping options in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of your billing date. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box ships.

3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is billed automatically alongside your monthly subscription charge, and the cost depends on your tier:

• Needle Dropper: $6.94 per shipment
• Crate Digger: $7.99 per shipment
• Spin Master: $10.40 per shipment

5. Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your box ships. You can also view shipment status from your account page.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we'll make it right, see our Refund Policy for details.
