By creating an account or subscribing to Collective Vinyl Records, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle at the rate shown at checkout, until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; see our Refund Policy for details on billing and cancellation.
4. Curation & Product
We curate records based on your stated taste, collection, and wantlist. We do not guarantee any specific title will be included in a given shipment. We aim to avoid sending records already in your collection, but availability may occasionally limit our ability to do so.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, interfering with the service's normal operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including our name, logo, and design, is the property of Collective Vinyl Records. Record cover art and metadata belong to their respective rights holders.
7. Limitation of Liability
Collective Vinyl Records is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
